Headcounts come from one answer per family. When anyone else in the family replies, it replaces the earlier answer, so nobody is counted twice. All times are Eastern Time.
Moves one person into a family of their own with a new RSVP link. This family keeps its answer and history.
Shown at the top of the RSVP page and as the preview picture when the RSVP link appears in a text message.
Turn each reminder on or off, change when it goes out, and edit its text. "Use default" puts back the original wording.
Replaced for each family: {name} (e.g. "Priya & Arjun"), {event}, {date}, {time} (start time), {place}, {link} (their RSVP link), {when} ("next week", "in 3 days", "today"), {count} ("2 adults and 1 kid"). Keep {link} in the invite so families can reply.
Keeps every family's name, spouse and phone numbers. Clears all answers, headcounts, kids' ages, send times, the date and time. Each family keeps the same RSVP link.
You're in a different browser. Chrome and other iPhone browsers have the same Share → Add to Home Screen option; if it's missing, open this page in Safari.
On a computer, bookmark this page, or use your browser's Install option in the address bar if it shows one. To get it on your phone, open there and sign in.
Pick whose name leads the family. The other person becomes the spouse (or an extra family member), phone numbers are combined (up to two), and the most recent RSVP answer is kept. Both old RSVP links keep working.
Pick people from your phone's Contacts. Only the contacts you pick are imported, straight into your guest list. Anyone already on your list is skipped.
One family per line, separated by commas or tabs (rows copied from Excel or Google Sheets work). Columns in this order:Name, Phone 1, Phone 2, Email, Spouse. Only the name is required.
